Your appointments are very important to all of us here at Beauty Lounge. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with another client waiting to receive services. Therefore, appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services scheduled. “No-Shows” will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total services scheduled.
